Some of my favourite photography locations at Syrencot include the beautiful walled gardens, the stunning main house and surrounding gardens and driveway, even the entrance to venue can be stunning at sunset. How much time should we allow for couple portraits? I typically recommend around 25–30 minutes for couple portraits. My approach is designed to be relaxed and efficient, allowing us to create beautiful photographs while ensuring you spend most of your day enjoying time with family and friends.
Will we still get family group photographs? Of course. While documentary wedding photography forms the foundation of my work, I understand how important family photographs are. I’ll organise group photographs quickly and efficiently so you have all the important family images without spending long periods away from your guests.

We feel nervous about being photographed. Can you help? Absolutely. Most couples tell me they aren’t comfortable in front of the camera. My relaxed and unobtrusive approach means there is very little posing and no pressure to perform. I’ll guide you when needed and help you feel comfortable so your photographs feel natural and genuine.
