Jon has recently photographed our destination wedding in Italy and wow, we have been blown away by the photos, the service Jon provided and we could not be happier having asked Jon to be our wedding photographer.
To start at the beginning, our initial meeting with Jon was brilliant. He took time to discuss what he would offer as our photographer, went through his portfolio and gave us plenty of time to ask any questions.
We then had a second meeting with Jon, which he was very accommodating and arranged on Zoom due to our inability to meet in person due to restrictions at the time. During this meeting we discussed the plan for the day, photographs we wanted to ensure we had and general expectations. Again, he was fantastic throughout.
When it comes to the wedding day itself, we couldn't have asked for more. Jon was thorough, but never felt intrusive. He was great at organising our family and friends and we felt really comfortable in his presence. Regarding the couple photo's, we both find it hard to pose for photo's usually but Jon guided us throughout the process and made it feel very natural and easy. He always ensured we had time to enjoy the day and we can't thank him enough for how he helped the day run. A particular added thanks given the very hot weather - he was a trooper!
Finally, and importantly, we couldn't be happier with the photo's themselves (which we received very quickly after the wedding day). There is a perfect mix of natural/candid shots and posed formal photos. The editing is exquisite and Jon managed to capture so many beautiful moments, the scenery and little details.
Overall we could not be happier and we would 100% recommend Jon to any future couples, including those considering a destination wedding!
